Shipping policy

Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of G.LUXE COLLECTION

We’re a small, independent business hand wrapping everything in house, so please allow up to 1-3 working days for lashes and hot tools to ship – it is dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please wait for these working days to be up before expecting to receive your shipping email & tracking number.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Orders are delivered to you using one of our couriers: Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, FedEx or DHL

If an item doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, please allow an extra 7 working days.

We are not responsible for any courier delays.

 

– if you experience late delivery, delayed parcel or missed delivery this will not be accepted as a basis for refund.

All risk of loss / damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises.

We are not liable for any errors made by these mailing services.

 

Hair extensions/Wigs: Please allow 10 working days for units and hair extensions to be processed and shipped.
