Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final meaning:

We do not offer exchanges or refunds. 

To report a flaw, you can contact us at Admin@g-luxecollection.com with your full name and order number. Once you have emailed us, we ask that you wait up to 24-48 hours for a response. All customers have 2 weeks since the date their order was placed to report a flaw with their hair. 

 

Damages and issues

All items and parcels are photographed before shipment and thoroughly inspected by us. We ask that you also inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
